What can we say about Viggo Mortensen? He truly fits the Alpha profile. Brooding, handsome, sexy, and talented.
According to IMDB, Viggo is not only an actor, but also an author, photographer, jazz musician, painter, and poet. He speaks fluent English, Spanish, Danish, and French, and was voted one of the 50 Most Beautiful People by People Magazine in 2002. We certainly agree. And he can whisper sweet nothings to us in any language he chooses.
Viggo has starred in a variety of wonderful films, including the "Lord of the Rings" trilogy, "A History of Violence", and "Eastern Promises."
Recently, I sat down to watch "Eastern Promises", and was completely taken in by Viggo's intensity. He was brilliant in this film. So wonderful, in fact, that I didn't even obsess over his exposed naughty bits during the naked fighting scene in the public shower. (Thankfully, I was able to rewind the scene and focus on that detail later!)
Viggo received an Oscar nomination for his role in "Eastern Promises" and although he didn't win it this time, we are confident and thankful that we will be seeing much more from him in the future!
