Oh my. For any of you Betas who don't know Timothy Olyphant , we suggest you begin to familiarize yourself with him immediately!
Tim has starred in many films and TV shows, such as the delightful "Catch and Release" with Jennifer Garner, "Hitman", Stephen King's "Dreamcatcher", and "My Name is Earl."
But we know him and love him best for his portrayal of Sheriff Seth Bullock on HBO's hit series "Deadwood."
The character of Sheriff Bullock epitomizes what it means to be an Alpha Male (in our minds). He is tough, confident, handsome, and possesses the integrity necessary to be a real man.
Timothy's acting in all three seasons of "Deadwood" is amazing to watch. He carries himself with such grace and intensity that you can easily forget you are watching a modern day actor, rather than a Cowboy Sheriff from America's old west.
Aside from the gunslinging, trash talking, and dramatic intrigue, you will also find some verrrry steamy love scenes involving the Sheriff, which are not to be missed!

Film & TV on DVD
Brilliant actor, amazing presence and one Kool Kat. the first time I saw "Go" I sat up and took notice and ever since then he has impressed. Deadwood is of course pure bliss.
Such a shame he had to feed the monkey with that revolting Jennifer Garner tripe...and the pitiful Dreamcatchers (I had such high hopes for that one...here is hoping that he finally finds another role he can really sink his teeth into. I'm actually afraid to watch Die Hard 4 and Hitman due to the seeming lack of quality present in the trailers and most reviews. (Will eventually bite the bullet though for our man Tim)

Another movie he was in which I forgot about was The Girl Next Door. I am normally not one for teenybopper type movies, but I thought that one was sort of charming.

He's done some stuff that's not so good - and he really annoyed me in Sex and the City, which is a big no-no - but on the whole I am finding him very intriguing and I think he's on the rise, really.
