Perez Hilton: Madonna's Mouthpiece
November 25th 2008 04:20
Lately, gossip blogger and self professed "Queen of all Media" Perez Hilton, has made friends in some pretty high places. Namely, "Her Madgesty", Madonna.
It seems that Madonna is a bit upset that she has been being painted as the bad guy in her high profile divorce from director Guy Ritchie, and she has turned to Mr. Hilton to get her side of the story out.
Since her divorce was announced, Madonna has been wooing Perez, who is mostly famous for making fun of celebrities, and doodling on their pictures. First, we saw her send a video to Perez. I can't exactly remember what it was, but it had something to do with his dog. Then, we slowly saw more and more interaction between the two, finally culminating in a recent concert where she dedicated a song to Hilton, who was in the audience. She even had him sing a few bars.
Perez shouted into the microphone, "Madonna, I love you!" to which she replied, "I love you too, Perez", which was witnessed by an arena of thousands of fans, not to mention the millions who read Perezhilton.com, where the video was promptly posted.
Now, all of this is fine, but since the time of their big encounter, Perez has seemed obsessed with painting Madonna as the victim in her divorce from Guy Ritchie, and he has been citing "Impeccable Sources" for his claims against Guy.
Clearly, these "Impeccable Sources" are Madonna's people, if not Madonna herself. Here are some quotes from Perez:
And, my personal favorite, to which I will include a link since it is very long, The Truth About Guy Ritchie - World Exclusive!
So, obviously, there are two sides to every story. I just find it amusing that Perez reports this stuff that he's being fed by one side of a messy divorce as, "What you are about to read is the truth" and "All of the above is true and an understatement to say the least."
It is clear that he is being manipulated, and he falls right into it. I don't know who is to blame in the divorce of Madge and Guy. More likely its 50/50, but by Perez gushing about his encounters with Madonna, and then suddenly revealing these "sources", he makes himself look pretty foolish!

Impeccable sources reveal exclusively to PerezHilton.com that Guy Ritchie is walking away with $70 million of Madonna's money in his divorce from the Queen of Pop.
He's worse than Heather Mills.
At least she was upfront about being a gold digger!

A source close to Madonna, currently on tour with her, tells us, "What a joke that Guy is leaking stories all over the place that he's such a gentleman."
Madge's soon-to-be-ex is getting a "huge pay day".
Ritchie supposedly doesn't want the world to know, "that he's channeling Heather Mills.-He feels entitled to lots of money [in the divorce]."
Guy, why would you lie when it's obvious that you'll get called out?
